Fault Reporting
For any faults experienced, whether it be Lines & Calls or System faults, please provide the nature of the fault and as much detail as possible and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

The Connexis help desk can also provide advice and support for IT managers, or nominated telephone administrators, to assist in routine changes and settings to your telecom system, such as clock changes, holiday messages, music on hold, system relocations, upgrades and additional features.
